| SENIOR DEMAND PLANNER |
| Gibson Overseas is a fourth generation mid-size successful and reputable company based in Los Angeles. A tabletop and house wares producer, leader in everyday dinnerware industry and a growing influence in cookware, cutlery & flatware. We have strong business relationships with the key USA and international retailers.
POSITION IS BASED IN LOS ANGELES. Our Retail Inventory Planner/Demand analysis will be a very important part of a dynamic family team environment. This position performs analytical duties related to the day-to-day demand analysis and inventory replenishment planning for thousands of SKUs. Our goal is to ensure our distribution center has a high level of customer service/fill rate and high inventory turns. This position will closely work with the sales and marketing team, buyers, vendors, international logistics teams, warehouse teams, sourcing team, and product managers. This is a finished goods replenishment position. Great opportunity for growth based on contribution and results.
Duties Include:
Collaborate with Sales to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Design and generate weekly and monthly forecast reports.
Analyze all data relevant to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, POS and inventory levels).
Work with Purchasing to ensure that deliverables are shipped on time to meet demand.
Provide ad hoc reports and analysis upon demand.
CPFR
SWAS Reports and other replenishment tools.
Online Item File
Closely monitor customer’s in stock levels to submit additional replenishment orders (SSO)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry. Proficient in Microsoft applications, ORACLE and RETAIL LINK are required. Good salary, bonus, and benefits package.

| POSITION BASED IN LOS ANGELES reporting to a Sales Director. Selling dinnerware, glassware, cookware, flatware and cutlery items to Domestic US accounts. Effectively develop leads with new accounts. An excellent sales opportunity with room for growth based on contribution and results. Position involves driving local LA area and some domestic travel. Good people skills to interact and build rapport with customers/ inside dedicated order management, logistics and traffic teams.
Minimum 5 years experience selling consumer products to retailers preferably in tabletop/ house wares or home furnishings/ decor. Proficiency in Microsoft application including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organization and follow up skills required. Competitive compensation package including bonus and benefits.

| IMPORT/SHIPPING MANAGER |
| Negotiate and secure attractive freight rates for Gibson Overseas. Secure and ensure shipping priority space and equipment for the Company ex-China and Far East ports. Manage and motivate a team of 4 or more freight and customs administrators. Track and control of inbound ocean and air freight movements. Maintain shipping schedules and maintain tracking of payment schedules for import orders. Follow-up on shipping requirements, including follow-up and tracking of documentation.
Min 12-15 yrs experience in logistics, international trade and transport role with demonstrated mid-to-large company experience. Bachelor’s degree is required. Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. Bi-lingual English/ Mandarin and ability to read write and speak on a professional level. Cantonese is a plus. Exposure to direct management of international ocean carriers from all major China ports of origin into the USA and Canada. Experience in negotiating agreements, volume discounts with Ocean Freight Carriers, managing customs brokers and the overall custom clearance process. Fully current on USA and Canadian customs laws, C-TPAT, 10+2, AMPS. Export knowledge is a plus. Attention to details, customer focused, team player with a positive attitude.

| Bilingual fluent in English/ Mandarin. Communicate, build relationships, and negotiate shipping dates with factories & Gibson offices in China. Strong project management and follow up skills required. High volume, fast pace position with deadlines.
Min 3 years experience in a trading company in consumer products supplying to retailers. Experience in China and knowledge of factory production process will be a plus. Strong understanding of international logistics. Experience with Global Compliance issues and drop ships. Communicate with labs regarding product testing. | STYLIST (PRODUCT/FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY) |
| An excellent career opportunity for a professional prop stylist with a retail industry background in consumer packaged goods. Position requires excellent propping skills for houseware product photography for gift box packaging, brochures and catalogs. Working closely with the photographers in our photo studio for the Creative/Design department in team environment. Responsible for innovative and fresh styling of product photography with aesthetic background props and food styling from a culinary angle.
Requires a minimum 3-5 years of product propping experience with tabletop or home products in a studio setting. Knowledge of photography and culinary food background will be a plus. Some local traveling is required to shop for propping material and food items. Fast paced production oriented creative environment to meet strict deadlines. Strong PC Skills, knowledge of Photoshop and MAC platform will be a plus. Need to present portfolio and sample work. Competitive salary, discretionary bonus and benefits.

| ORACLE BUSINESS SUITE APPLICATIONS INSTRUCTOR |
| Under the leadership of the of the HR & IT the Oracle Application Instructor will manage training for all Sales Operation/ Management, Product Development, Purchasing, Inventory/ Planning/ Order Management and traffic distribution suites of Oracle 11i system. Devise and deliver a training program for Oracle Business Suite, Design and develop training materials and will be responsible for successful delivery of Oracle training to our Team Members.
Key Result Accountabilities:
* General Oracle knowledge and expertise in 11i Oracle ERP and CRM training portfolio
* Identify and understand just the basic operation Oracle training needs for our Team Members
* Develop training materials for Oracle users
* Delivery of Oracle training to all Accellent sites according to plans
* Evaluate the success of training program
Qualifications:
* Prefer a Degree with exceptional training skills
* Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate deep technical material
* Demonstrate track record of delivering training required with minimum 5 years Oracle experience
* Skilled in delivering business valued training for Oracle ERP and CRM
* Demonstrated training experience and understanding of the following Oracle ERP modules: Purchasing, Sales Management, Product Development Direct Import, Financials, Order Management, Traffic & Distribution.
* Previous experience working on projects in a Retail Supply Chain industry (preferably consumer packaged goods) including ERP and business metrics
