FREELANCE - GRAPHIC PACKAGING DESIGNER
Seeking a creative and idea driving freelance packaging designer. This is a key role within the creative department; meeting with the Creative Director and Manager for package assignments. Create new design concepts and revisions, produce new product packages. Create PDF and JPGS for marketing purposes. Min 5 years experience creating fashionable and eye catching product packaging. SALES MANAGER
POSITION BASED IN LOS ANGELES. Seeking a high energy sales professional to roll up sleeves and sell dinnerware, glassware, flatware and cookware products in the export retail market. This position requires a professional who has the ability to sell as well as work on administrative and operational projects. Stable employment history with minimum 3-5 years experience selling consumer packaged goods to major retailers. Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasive selling skills required. Operationally sound and good follow up skills with customers and suppliers. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and sales agents. Work in harmony with in-house marketing, creative, product development, and logistic teams. A qualified candidate should have the ability to think with a creative mindset to assist customers with product development. Exposure to Asian factory production and export procedures is a plus. This position will require some overseas travel. Competitive compensation package includes bonus and benefits. SENIOR DEMAND PLANNER
Position is based in Los Angeles. Our new Retail Inventory Planner/Demand analysis will be a very important part of a dynamic family team environment. This position performs analytical duties related to the day-to-day demand analysis and inventory replenishment planning for thousands of SKUs. Our goal is to ensure our distribution center has a high level of customer service/fill rate and high inventory turns. It is also our goal to reduce freight costs by producing full load containers or meeting our vendor’s prepaid minimums. This position will closely work with the sales and marketing team, buyers, vendors, international logistics teams, warehouse teams, sourcing team, and product managers. This is a finished goods replenishment position. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry. Proficient in Microsoft applications, ORACLE and RETAIL LINK are required. Good salary, bonus, and benefits package. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsible to manage and support a 10 member product development team on project assignments, involving sourcing product development, sample production and overseas communication & negotiations with the factories in China. Need to understand the entire Production and QC process. Bi-lingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Promote cooperation among the team for efficient and smooth operation and work closely with the Director. Good communication & interpersonal skills to work with sales, marketing and design teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel is required. Organized, detail minded and good with numbers. Min 10 years experience in direct sourcing of products or in overseas trading company importing consumer packaged products from factories in China. Overseas experience in China will be a plus. Evidence of being a leader and role model at a team level. Strong follow up and management skills required to keep up with deadlines. PEOPLE ARE OUR BIGGEST ASSET.
